RETURNS

We want you to love your product and we hope you receive it in perfect condition. Occasionally, a product gets delivered that is faulty or is in a damaged condition. If this happens please email us at info@thelulladoll.com.au with all the details of your order and your item and we will be in touch to arrange the return and replacement if required. We undertake to replace any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition.

If you have chosen the incorrect product we are happy to provide an exchange as long as the item is returned unused and in original packaging, and with proof of purchase within 14 days of purchase.

Please download the below form and return it with your goods to the address below. Please note: return postage on non-faulty purchases must be covered by the purchaser, but we will cover the postage to get the replacement back out to you.
